1999
Exquisite Car Care was founded by Damian Lejzorowicz, who has been detailing cars since 1999. Before Exquisite Car Care was founded, he detailed the vehicles of family, friends and his own in his spare time. Finally, it dawned on him, “Why not do what you love every day? Therefore, Damian decided to turn his passion into a company.
2010
Exquisite Car Care, LLC was founded. Exquisite Car Care started as a business in a home driveway. Around six months later graduated to shared space in the back of a warehouse with a landscaper, and a few more tools. Finally after getting his bearings, he leased a warehouse unit and grew a group of loyal clients.
2012
A few years later after earning the business of more loyal customers, commercial business and car dealerships, he expanded his space. Exquisite Car Care started with just a few vehicles and expanded simply through work of mouth and delivering a great product.
2015
Through continued growth and loyal customers in many facets that include more dealerships and some vehicle warranty companies, Exquisite Car Care expanded into two offices and two warehouses.
2022
With many businesses having to close, Exquisite Car Care survived and made it through the last few tough years. Exquisite is thriving on its great customers and word of mouth. With a new new website and a new logo Exquisite Car Care wants to make it easier to determine what your detailing needs and and detailing costs. Exquisite is excited to add a new monthly detailing program to make it easier to maintain your vehicles.

Automotive Detailer
You will be responsible for a multitude of tasks, that includes washing the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions, clay bar vehicles, wax and at times rubout vehicles, vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, clean upholstery and surfaces. Will use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply chemicals to surfaces for protection. May be required to use different types of dyes, paints and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles. Also includes the ability to clean and remove grease on engines or engine compartments. Must be flexible and willing able to carry out additional duties due to business needs.
Detailing experience or an interest in detailing and willingness to follow our processes.
Must have clean driving record and a valid state issued Driver’s License.
Some Saturday’s required not all (some flexibility).
Professional appearance and ability to present positive customer service and professionalism onsite with other employees and customers also when off site at dealers.
Ability to follow driving laws as we pick up and deliver dealer and customer vehicles.
Must be punctual and reliable, and stay on task.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions without complaint.
You will have frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift.
Ability to quality inspect your work as well as that of other team members with a good attitude.
Work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates the value we place on our customers’ time.
Pick up and drop of vehicles.
Upon picking up vehicle from dealers be able to Inspect vehicles for body damage.
Refuel/fuel the vehicles as needed.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Exquisite Car Care is a Drug-Free Workplace.
Payrate/commission to be discussed.
Can hire 3 day – 12 hour shifts per week.
Can hire day shift – 5 days per week
